Learning to type on Typekaro costs nothing, and never will. A school or a coaching centre can run one batch free for as long as it likes, and its owner pays only when it needs more.

Paying by the month it is $12. Paying by the year it comes to $8.25a month, for the whole organisation
Billed as $99 once a year, in place of $144 paying by the month. Tax for your country is added at checkout.

You start on Free. When you need more, its owner upgrades from Billing, inside the organisation.

This is not a plan and has no limit. It is the whole of Typekaro for anybody who wants to learn to type, with or without an account, and with or without a class.

How paying works
Create an organisation
It is free and takes a minute. You get one batch with a join code straight away.
Use it for as long as you like
The Free plan has no time limit. Many one-teacher centres will never need more.
Upgrade when you need a second batch
The owner opens Billing inside the organisation and chooses to pay by the month or by the year.

Dodo Payments takes the payment and sends the receipt. Typekaro never sees your card.
Questions
Who pays?
Only the owner of an organisation, and only if they want more than the Free plan allows. A student is never asked to pay, and neither is a teacher. A learner using Typekaro by themselves never pays for anything.
Will anything I use today stop being free?
No. Lessons, practice, the typing test, the games, progress, streaks, badges and joining a class are free and stay free, with or without an account.
What happens if I stop paying, or a payment fails?
Nothing is deleted. Your organisation keeps every batch, teacher and student it has, students carry on practising, and you still see their progress. You cannot add more batches, teachers or students until you are back within the Free limits or paying again.
Can I cancel?
At any time, from Billing, with no call and no form. You keep the Institute limits until the end of the month or year you paid for.
Can I get my money back?
Yes, within 7 days of a payment, on request. The details are in the refund and cancellation policy.
Is tax included?
The price shown here is before tax. Our payment provider works out the sales tax, VAT or GST for your country and shows the total before you pay.
Can I pay in my own currency?
The checkout shows the price in your local currency where our payment provider supports it, and lets you choose. Your bank or card may show a slightly different amount because of its own exchange rate.
Is there a trial?
The Free plan is the trial. It has no time limit and asks for no card, and you pay on the day you need a second batch.
What do my students see about the plan?
Nothing. A student is never shown a price, a plan or a payment. If an organisation is full, a student who tries to join is told the class is full for now and to ask their teacher.
